Registration = £550.00 plus £96.25
VAT (17.5% government sales tax)
Full
registration includes attendance at all the conference
sessions, refreshments, lunch, drinks reception
and conference dinner, a hard-bound book of proceedings
and the papers on CD Rom. Extra tickets for one
day delegaes and guests can be purchased at a cost
of £75 + VAT. (see registration form)

Day Delegate = £330 = £57.75
VAT (does not include conference

To register complete the registration form either
online or download a brochure/registration and complete
and return to us. Registered delegates will receive
a set of joining instructions approximately 2 weeks
prior to the conference.
These will contain all details regarding the venue
and registration.

PAYMENT
A
cheque in Pounds Sterling, payable on a UK Bank,
or credit card details should accompany the completed
form (£15 should be added to the total if
paying by a bank transfer or credit card). Invoice
carry all details to make banktransfers and this
will be sent along with confirmation of your registration.
All delegates are required to pay VAT. All registration
fees must be paid before the conference. If payment
has not been received then the delegate will be
requested to guarantee payment at registration.
